Terms of Service
The conditions governing Service Labcore relocation guidance and use of this website.
1. Acceptance and provider
By using this website or ordering guidance, you accept these terms. Service Labcore, Level 8, 67 Hauptstraße, Berlin 10827, Germany, provides advisory relocation services. A booking is formed when we issue written confirmation and receive any stated deposit.
2. Scope and client responsibilities
The agreed proposal defines calls, document reviews, location research and time period. You must provide accurate information, attend appointments, verify listings and make all final rental decisions. We are not an estate agent, lawyer, credit provider or guarantor. We cannot guarantee a viewing, landlord acceptance, visa outcome, registration or tenancy.
3. Fees, scheduling and cancellation
Fees include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment dates appear in the proposal. Rescheduling normally requires two business days’ notice. Cancellation and refund rules form part of these terms and are detailed on the refund page.
4. Intellectual property
Original site text, checklists and guidance materials belong to Service Labcore. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable right to use delivered materials for their own housing search. German public forms, quoted laws and third-party listing content remain with their respective owners.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our work to misrepresent income, identity, household or tenancy history; submit unlawful discrimination requests; reproduce paid materials commercially; interfere with the website; or send malicious content. We may stop work where information appears fraudulent or safety is at risk.
6. Liability
We perform agreed work with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for landlord decisions, market availability, inaccurate third-party listings, travel disruption or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that German law does not permit us to exclude, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes and governing law
Current terms apply to website use; the version accepted at booking applies to that engagement. We may update future terms without changing an existing contract retroactively. German law governs, excluding conflict rules, while mandatory protections of a consumer’s habitual residence remain unaffected. Courts have jurisdiction as provided by applicable German and EU law.
