Read the commitment, not only the address
A promising flat can make the signature feel urgent. This consultation slows the decision down long enough to identify the Kaltmiete, advance service charges, heating arrangement, deposit, term, notice provisions, renovation wording and any Indexmiete or Staffelmiete.
Send the draft at least two business days before the appointment. We mark discussion points and then walk through them with you in English. You leave with a written question list for the landlord and a handover checklist.
