A credible folder without over-sharing
Competition can make renters send everything they possess. We take a more careful approach: provide what supports the application, label it clearly, redact unnecessary account details and avoid sending identity copies before the recipient and listing have been checked.
The review covers your renter introduction, proof of income, employment evidence, SCHUFA record where available, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, guarantor material and landlord self-disclosure. New arrivals receive suggestions for honest substitutes when German records do not yet exist.
What happens
After a 30-minute briefing, you provide drafts through the agreed transfer method. Within five business days, we return an annotated checklist and proposed ordering. A 45-minute call explains every recommendation, followed by one round of corrections.
The fee is €290 including VAT for up to two adult applicants. Translation, forged-document detection, legal advice and submission to landlords are not included. Delete tax numbers, full bank transactions and unrelated health information before sharing.
