Privacy Notice

How Service Labcore collects, uses, retains and protects information from visitors and relocation clients.

Controller and contact

Service Labcore, Level 8, 67 Hauptstraße, Berlin 10827, Germany, is controller for personal data described here. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@service-labcore.digital.

We receive contact details, destination, timing and message content when you enquire. If you become a client, we may process household requirements, billing records and rental-application documents you choose to provide. We use these to answer requests, prepare and perform a contract, maintain accounts, protect against misuse and meet German tax obligations. Legal bases include pre-contractual steps and contract performance (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests in security and service administration (Art. 6(1)(f)), and consent where specifically requested (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Do not use the enquiry form for identity copies, bank statements or complete contracts. Client documents are handled through an agreed channel and access is limited to the adviser assigned.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Necessary providers may host email, secure files and accounting records under data-processing terms. We do not sell personal information. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses and assess supplementary protections.

Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after 12 months. Working housing documents are deleted within 90 days after the engagement ends unless you request earlier deletion or a dispute requires retention. Invoices and legally required accounting records are retained for statutory German periods, generally up to ten years. Security logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate misuse.

Your rights

Subject to applicable limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent for future processing; and complain to a German data protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify identity. Automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects is not used.

The site stores a local cookie-consent choice and uses only the categories described in our cookie notice. External image and font hosts may receive technical request information such as IP address; we select public sources but do not control their logs.
