Fixed fees where the scope is predictable, and a written estimate when city, travel or household circumstances add work.

The guided search can require a tailored estimate when several cities are under consideration, documents need extensive restructuring, or in-person work is requested outside Berlin. We confirm the fee, deliverables and dates in writing before accepting a deposit.
What changes an estimate
Travel time, interpreting at appointments, an urgent start, several applicant profiles or a search involving specialist accessibility requirements may add cost. A higher rent budget does not increase our fee. Landlord, portal, credit-record, lawyer, translator, travel and moving-company charges are separate and paid directly by you.
Deposits and payment
The guided search uses a 30% booking deposit, with the remainder due after the search map is delivered. Fixed consultations are paid before document work begins. There is no recurring membership and no success commission. Review cancellation and refund terms before booking.
